Services : Carrying out a vacuuming packaging operation on TAMIA PACK® site (Estrées-Saint-Denis-FR). The customer is responsible for the transportation of his goods

Format :3 machines available for:
- Packaging in Big-bag of 1450 L
- Packaging in bags of 30 L

Tarif : Depending of the volume, species and number of varieties packaged

MONITORING QUALITY

  • Samples of each seed lot are taken during the vacuum packaging operation

 

  • These samples are packaged and stored in the same environment than the seed lot

 

  • The customer can then follow the evolution of his stock over time thanks to the different samples

Machine: Tamia COMPACT allows you to benefit from a vacuum module integrated into a big-bagger. Vacuum can be used at volunty and according to production needs.

Efficiency: 10 to 12 T / hour with 2 operators

Productiontime: 16 weeks

TAMIA OPTIMUM

“The automated continuous flow technology!”

Machine: Tamia OPTIMUM is the most efficient model. Vacuuming operation is 100% automatic. The vacuum module is integrated into the big-bagger, and can be used in continuous flow

Efficiency: 15 to 20 T / hour with 1 operator

Production time: 20 to 25 weeks

TAMIA FLEX

“The model that adapts to your specifications!”

Machine: Tamia FLEX is easy to handle and move. It can be integrated into a production line just after the Big-bagger

Efficiency: 8 to 10 T / hour with 2 operators

Production time: 12 to 16 weeks

“The small volume vacuum packing!”

Machine: Tamia BOX is an ultra-precise vacuum tunnel. Equipped with conformator, the bags are suitable for palletizing

Efficiency: Depends on the desired vacuum level. 400 mbar can be reached in 30 seconds

    • Any other bag format is made on measure. The minimum order is 1000 units
